From hearing around him the sorry tales of cyclists with their bike dealer, Michel, a lawyer by training, decides to act and embarks on an adventure. He opens a bike shop focused on quality and customer satisfaction. A concept all traders claim, you will say. Michel however, makes a point of defending its reliability and defending his customers’ cause.

We might call his store a "slow shop", because we book an appointment here and most of all we take our time. Whatever the intended purpose of your bike: child transporting or racing, long distances, significant relief, commuting to work ... a preliminary discussion must enable the best choice. And for that, time is not a problem: at Bikesquare, there are sofas to settle comfortably. The number of bikes is quite limited, but according to Michel, customers find their happy, namely thanks to the many accessories that may accompany the bike. Everything does not necessarily happen sitting on the sofa, a bike, is for conceiving and trying. "A client just spent over an hour in the store, she tried several bike settings to find the right position; that's what we want: to provide a customized service, "says Samuel, who works there.

Service does not stop with sales. The store is equipped with a repair workshop, intended solely for customers. Here, again, service is core business. Each bike coming out of the store receives a maintenance book including settings, repairs, dates, kilometres covered ... This allows to follow the bike over time, to better identify problems and encourage the bike owner to review when required.

Samuel, a political science graduate, chose, by passion, to work in the world of cycling. He does not hide his enthusiasm: "we have many customers who come through word of mouth, namely many young mums, our customers are happy and recommend us".
